Life coaching my way

How do you choose the right life coach for you? With so many choices and such a variety of great talent out there, choosing the right person is essential.

Deciding to embark upon a journey of self discovery or personal development can be a bit overwhelming, scary and costly.

Each life coach has their own style, so having an initial meeting or consultation is a great idea. Feeling relaxed and comfortable with your coach will enhance your development, after all there may be some personal conversations going on and building trust is a must. If you feel a good vibe, trust it. If you feel a bad vibe, trust it. It is all about you, so trust your vibe and go with your intuition.

My style of life coaching is more of a holistic lifestyle approach. Creating a fusion between mind, body, soul and emotion leaves no stone unturned. Having awareness of the thoughts you feed your mind is huge, as they have the power to make or break you.

Looking honestly at the amount of nourishment you give to your physical body, gives you the power to break bad habits. Embracing your soul and what it longs for, is when you take control of your destiny.

And finally understanding what your emotions are telling you, gives you the opportunity to review your life choices, changing anything that is unbalanced. When there is awareness of the whole you and the knowledge of how you function, the journey to greatness begins.

Being healthy from the Inside Out is my chosen way to work. Creating time and space to clear out old baggage and habits makes room for a new lifestyle to emerge. The old needs to be released before the new can begin.

Creating a new lifestyle structure is fun, exciting and all on your own terms. Taking back control of your personal choices is refreshing and an uplifting experience - no more settling with restricting conditioning from others. Be free, be you!
